We are tech-forward and implement technology and processes to eliminate unnecessary data entry to save you money. We also take time to properly scope our engagements and reevaluate consistently to ensure you are getting the most value possible.


FAQs

  • We do not have long-term contracts with our clients. We seek to have multi-year and even generational relationships with our clients and would prefer that it’s built upon trust, good service, and value instead of paper. There is no penalty to change service providers.

  • We evaluate our internal metrics and profitability on a regular basis. We are constantly researching new software and processes to maintain a high level of efficiency in order to stay within our original fee as time goes on. Any price changes must be approved by you and we share the details of the request. There are two main factors that can affect our fees. 1) Cost of living/inflation. We take good care of our team members and seek to increase their wages to match the cost of living at a minimum and 2) Significant changes in your organization (e.g. adding locations/campuses which adds complexity, scaling the organization which adds volume)

  • Our primary form of communication is email, but you will also have a dedicated team member who is invested in the success of your organization and is accessible via phone or text 24/7 - though preferably 9-5 M-F.

  • This is all part of our ongoing evaluation process. Our mission is to help organizations have the resources, connections, and high caliber of staff of much larger companies. We’ve seen our model work well for companies with up to 100 employees and $10 million in annual revenue. Some organizations do operate better with an in-house team and we can help optimize the operations for this situation as well.

  • Our team members are located all over the United States and our corporate office is located in Knoxville, TN. We do like to see our clients face to face and it’s a joy when we have the opportunity to share a cup of coffee together.
